The GreenLeafs smart plant monitor is an IoT device that I developed as part of a team during my undergraduate studies. The device uses a variety of sensors to collect data on a plant’s condition, including soil moisture, temperature, humidity, and light levels. This data is then transmitted to a mobile app, which provides the user with real-time information on their plant’s health.
The app also includes a predictive analytics feature that can help users to anticipate their plant’s needs and take preventative action. This was a challenging but rewarding project that gave me valuable experience in all aspects of IoT product development, from hardware engineering and embedded software development to mobile app development and data analytics.
